By accessing and using Nimvox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nimvox provides automated review request management tools. We enable businesses to send SMS and email communications to their customers to request feedback and reviews.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Ensuring you have the necessary consent to contact your customers via SMS/Email in compliance with local laws (e.g., TCPA, GDPR).
  • All activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harassment, or any illegal content. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination.

5. Payment Terms

The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nimvox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
